H&H Group förvärvar Intellecta Corporate och 4 andra kommunikationsbyråer

The agencies acquired have a fee income of approximately 100 MSEK with offices in Stockholm, Malmö and Shanghai. H&H Group will have a pro-forma fee income close to 450 MSEK with more than 370 employees. After the deal the group will consist of 12 agencies.

Comprend welcomes more agencies to the group and looks forward to get to know more colleagues.

The acquisitions give H&H Group a stronger position with clients in the public sector as well as strengthening our offering within B2B-communication, creativity, financial communication, social media and motion media. The group will also have representation in Malmö through Bysted, and in Shanghai through Tomorrow.

The acquired agencies are part of H&H Group as of August 31, 2017.
